Created on July 28, 2018, ONE TEAM is a sports organization in DRC, Kinshasa whose goal is the promotion and development of youth through the practice of sport. Our project consists of the creation of a sports initiation program for the future elite of the nation (girls and boys) from 5 to 18 years old. We use sport as a tool for development (education, social cohesion, women’s equality, health, integration of disabilities, training and professional integration, etc.).

Our vision is to initiate the emergence of an increasingly healthy youth through the practice of sports and to put in place a framework for the development of sports and to promote future athletes and leaders in our nation. ONE TEAM wants to be a craftsman in the modern sports industry in the DRC.

Our mission is to orient our youth towards a culture of sports and especially to encourage the practice of healthy leisure through sports, recreational and cultural activities in school, academic, semi-professional and even professional environments.
